This dataset contains single-cell RNA sequencing data from splenocytes isolated from MEFV M694I knock-in mice and wild-type controls. The analysis reveals distinct transcriptional signatures in immune cell populations, characterized by enhanced interferon responses in T cells and inflammatory pathway activation in monocytes. Overall design: Single-cell RNA sequencing was performed on splenocytes from age-matched MEFV M694I knock-in mice and wild-type controls. Cells were processed using 10X Genomics Chromium Single Cell 3' v3.1 technology.
