StockX Sneaker Size-Day Dataset

The dataset captures daily order book data on StockX, providing a high-frequency empirical foundation for studying predictive modeling and market efficiency. Collected from StockX between May 2025 and September 2025, the dataset contains 136,980 records across 50 distinct sneaker models and multiple size variants.Each observation corresponds to a unique (sneaker \u00d7 size \u00d7 day) tuple and includes static metadata\u2014such as brand, model title, release date, retail price, gender, and size\u2014and dynamic order-book variables including lowest ask, highest bid, and last sale price.To enrich behavioral and attention dimensions, the dataset integrates Google Trends popularity indices (score) for each product-day pair.This dataset supports research in machine learning forecasting, time-series analysis, auction microstructure, and behavioral economics, enabling reproducible studies of price predictability, liquidity risk, and welfare effects of data-driven trading strategies in decentralized digital markets.
