This dataset is designed for the validation of pre-operative 3D CTA coronary artery segmentation and reconstruction. It is derived from imaging data of three patients acquired at Huadong Hospital, Shanghai. The dataset includes coronary CTA scans collected at two distinct time points for each patient. The number of 3D CTA slices per patient varies from 267 to 276, with each image having a size of 512×512, and the pixel spacing falls between 0.317×0.317 and 0.416×0.416 millimeters. All data is stored in DICOM format, with a total data size of 962 MB.
