miRNA profiles of tubular cells (Rodent A and Rodent B)

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous small RNAs of 18–23 nucleotides that regulate gene expression. Recently, plasma miRNAs have been investigated as biomarkers for various diseases. In the present study, we assessed whether the miRNA expression profiles of tubular tissues could discriminate proximal tubule injury and diagnose acute kidney injury (AKI) and the renal tubular dysfunction without morphological changes.微小核糖核酸（MicroRNAs, miRNAs）是一类长度为18至23个核苷酸的内源性小RNA，可调控基因表达。近期，血浆miRNAs作为多种疾病的生物标志物已得到广泛研究。本研究评估了肾小管组织的miRNA表达谱是否能够鉴别近端肾小管损伤，并诊断急性肾损伤（AKI）以及无形态学改变的肾小管功能障碍。
