资源简介:
Despite the efficacy of therapeutics and vaccines in reducing risk of severe COVID-19, breakthrough infections and rebound symptoms after initial improvement have been reported. We evaluated critical inflammatory responses in vaccinated individuals presenting with early acute (EA), late acute (LA) and clinical rebound (REBOUND) symptoms using single cell RNA sequencing. Overall design: We performed single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-Seq) of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) samples from vaccinated patients presenting with early acute (EA), late acute (LA) and clinical rebound (REBOUND) symptoms of COVID-19. The experimental design for sequencing involved a total of 15 PBMC samples (13 patients) distributed across the three conditions: EA, LA, and REBOUND.
