Next Generation Amplicon Sequencing of Blastocystis from Domestic Ungulates in Portugal

Next generation amplicon sequencing of 73 fecal DNA samples from domestic ungulates to detect and characterize Blastocystis subtypes. Blastocystis-specific PCR primers were used to amplify the SSU rRNA gene.
