We have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling to identify long-term gene expression changes associated with early adversity in male and female C3H/HeN mice Multi-hit early adversity consisted in lipopolysaccharide injection at embryonic day 17 combined with maternal separation from post natal day 2 to 14.
