In this study, we explore the dynamics of bacterial communities associated with jellyfish blooms, focusing on Rhopilema nomadica, the predominant jellyfish in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea. Samples collected from 31 jellyfish during both winter and summer blooms, encompassing different tissues including the bell, gonads, tentacles, and gastrovascular system.
