This zebrafish motion dataset containsThis zebrafish motion dataset contains four young (3-month-post fertilization [mpf]) and old fish (18 mpf) were housed in 150mm square glass tanks (Crystal Cube 150/B, Kotobuki Kogei, Nara, Japan). Behavioral videos were recorded using a Panasonic video camera (HC-V480MS, Panasonic, Osaka, Japan). To reduce the stress of capture during the transfer from the rearing tank to the experimental tank, a 10-minute acclimation period was provided within the experimental tank. Afterward, 40 minutes of recording were conducted. To confine the movement of the test fish to a two-dimensional plane, a water depth of 30mm was set. In addition, the white paper was placed on the bottom of the tank and the ground surface to facilitate the analysis of the behavior of the test fish.
