Scope of the development plans of the district of Harburg

The development plan is a binding construction plan in which land uses (e.g. residential areas, roads, green areas, compensatory areas, common needs, etc.) and their design (such as convertible area, number of full floors, planting of green components, installations for the external development of the land, etc.) can be determined. The B plan is legal in nature; it is binding on everyone.
