RNA-sequencing of Rreb1+/+ and Rreb1-/- embryonic day 7.5 mouse embryos

RNA-sequencing of Rreb1+/+ and Rreb1-/- embryonic day 7.5 mouse embryos RNA-sequencing of Rreb1+/+ and Rreb1-/- embryonic day 7.5 mouse embryos. Mouse embryos were collected at embryonic day 7.5 from intercrosses between Rreb1+/- mice. Samples of the parietal endoderm were taken during dissection for genotyping. Embryos were immediately frozen in Trizol and RNA was extracted for sequencing once genotype was determined. Five embryos were selected from each genotype (Rreb1+/+ and Rreb1-/-) RNA-sequenced performed. se embryos were collected from Rreb1+/- intercrosses
