the Diversity of Endophytic Fungi in Allium senescens L. under Drought Stress

The effects of drought stress on fungal community development and functional diversity in A. senescens remain poorly understood. High-throughput sequencing has revealed the huge phylogenetic and functional diversity of fungal communities. Therefore, it is necessary to use ITS sequence analysis technology to study the effects of drought stress on the composition, diversity, and function of different tissues of A. senescens, which is helpful in revealing to reveal the mechanism of drought stress on the changes in of fungal communities in different tissues of A. senescens.
