A framework for the estimation of the proportion of true discoveries in single nucleotide variant detection studies for human data - supplemental files

The data were originally downloaded from Bioplanet’s Genome Comparison & Analytic Testing (GCAT) tool website that is no longer functioning:https://www.biostars.org/p/69341/The files contain Illumina reads from a targeted exome sequencing of the well known NA12878 sample with TrueSeq sequencing kit. The original files names are preserved.There are five files in total:gcat_set_025_*.fastq - two files with 30X coveragegcat_set_053_*.fastq - two files with 150X coveragegcat_set_025.bed - target region from TrueSeq kit (about 45 Megabases). Bioplanet also provided a file named gcat_set_053.bed for 150X coverage, but these two files are identical.
