We used RNA-sequencing to profile gene expression differences between Tregs from skin and LNs of Foxp3 cre-efyp WT mice. We further compared skin Tregs from control and Foxp3 cre Rora fl/fl (Rora cKO) mice in the steady state and after allergic inflammation was induced using MC903.
