Dataset for Functional Mitral Regurgitation Analysis Using Granger Causality

This dataset supports the code available at Zenodo/GitHub: Dblendea, FMR_causality DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19494114 The dataset is designed for functional mitral regurgitation (FMR) analysis using Granger causality methods. It provides the input data required to reproduce the computational results implemented in the associated code repository. The data consist of time-series measurements of cardiac and hemodynamic variables relevant to mitral valve function. New data analysis using non-parametric testing. This dataset enables:- Reproducibility of the computational analysis- Validation of Granger causality models- Further research in cardiovascular time-series analysis Files are provided in CSV format.
