Caulobacter crescentus operon annotation

An improved annotation of <i>C. crescentus</i> operons generated from an integrated transcriptome analysis using 5’ Global RACE, Rend-seq, and RNA-seq data. A summary of this data is included as an excel file.<br>NA1000_8_20_20.gb is the gene annotation for C. crescentus downloaded from genbank on 8/20/2020. NA1000_operons.gb is a genbank file containing the operon annotation. Artemis loadable data files were included for the 5' global RACE, Rend-seq, and rifseq datasets. To load these files into artemis, first load the NA1000 genome genbank file (NA1000_8_20_20.gb). Next, under file, select "Read an Entry .." and load the NA1000_operons.gb. To visualize each raw dataset, under graph select "add user plot .." and select the desired raw datafiles.
