A functional surface display system in Saccharomyces boulardii for protein absorption in simulated intestinal fluids

This deposit contains Oxford Nanopore Sequencing files from 3 samples described in a paper with the same title. These are whole genome sequences from strains of Saccharomyces boulardii derived from strain DBVPG 6763. The original purpose of this data was to demonstrate genetic insertions and deletions as well as provide evidence that the strains used were indeed derivatives of Saccharomyces boulardii.
