Nitrosative status of soybean seedlings exposed to metals

The dataset is obtained within study on the impact of metals (Cu, Cd and Pb) on nitrosative status of soybean seedlings within 3, 24 and 48 hours of exposure. The planned tasks include: assessment of the levels of reactive nitrogen species (RNS) evaluation of the impact of metals on the level of 8-nitroguanosine in RNA evaluation of the impact of metals on the level of 8-nitroguanosine in mRNA evaluation of the impact of metals on the level of 8-nitroguanosine in DNA possible identification of 8-NG enriched transcripts assessment of the impact of 8-NG on translation efficiency localization of 8-NG in plant tissues The study is carried out within the project: Epitranscriptomic landscape in soybean seedling exposed to metals, no. 2024/53/B/NZ9/03732, financed by National Science Centre, Poland.
