The Korean cohort genome data consisted of circulating free DNA extracted from 97 serum samples and genome DNA extracted from 26 whole blood samples. Whole Genome Amplification (WGA) for each DNA was performed using the REPLI-g Qiagen kit according to the protocol in the manufacturer's manual. DNA was also genotyped as the Illumina Infinium Asian Screening Array (ASA-24v1), and the scan protocol followed standard Illumina procedures using the Illumina iScan.
