Regional spatial planning programme for the Greater Brunswick area 2008 – Newsful representations – Existing settlement area or building plan-protected area

This dataset contains the existing settlement areas or structurally secured areas according to the drawings of the Regional Spatial Planning Programme for the Brunswick area as amended in 2008. The Statute on the establishment of the Regional Spatial Planning Programme for the Greater Brunswick Region 2008 was adopted on 20 December 2007 by the Association Assembly of the Special Purpose Association of Brunswick. Pursuant to Section 8(6) of the Lower Saxony Act on Spatial Planning and Land Planning (NROG), as amended on 7 June 2007 (Nds. GVBl. P. 223) The Lower Saxony Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Consumer Protection and Regional Development – Braunschweig Government Representation – as the highest regional planning authority, has established the Regional Regional Planning Programme 2008 for the Greater Brunswick region with decree of 30 April 2008 – Ref.: RV BS 1.4-20303/ZGB2008 approved. The 2008 Regional Spatial Planning Programme for the Brunswick Region enters into force on 1 June 2008. The Regional Spatial Planning Programme 2008 sets out the desired spatial and structural development of the Brunswick region. The association area of the Greater Brunswick region includes the districts of Brunswick, Salzgitter and Wolfsburg as well as the districts of Gifhorn, Goslar, Helmstedt, Peine and Wolfenbüttel.
