Dam Removal Study Results and Design Details

This dataset contains a set of properties detailing design parameters and the results of scientific studies conducted on dam removals. It is part of the distributed data architecture for the National Dam Removal Science Database. The properties provide information extracted from literature references, identified through the Citation URI reference in the dataset. The terms (properties) in the dataset come from the Dam Removal vocabulary, with field names in the first line of the CSV providing direct URI/URL references to the appropriate term. The dataset is provided in CSV format as a snapshot of what is ultimately a dynamic data stream coming from text mining and other synthesis operations. The dataset was originally derived from the "Study Results" and "Study Design Data" tables in the USGS Dam Removal Science Database, and went through a number of processing steps described in provenance. The CSV form of the database is transitory and will be converted to a RDF form with an associated API in a future iteration.
