Climate-fit.city will translate the best available scientific evidence on the urban climate into relevant information for public and private end-users active in cities across a range of different sectors. Creation: TH e map is based on the results of VITO’s urban climate model UrbClim’. For the reference period ‘2000-2017’, the model was driven by ECMWF ‘ERA5’ data. The future data are generated by matching climate change statistics, based on a large number of GCMS and RCMS, to the reference data.
