Test dataset PythoStitcher

This dataset contains some example cases related to the histopathology tissue stitching algorithm PythoStitcher. The dataset entails two prostatectomy cases from the Radboudumc (Nijmegen, the Netherlands) and one oesophagectomy case provided by dr. Gang Zhao from Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute & Hospital (Tianjin, China). Each example case contains the following data: \ raw_images (directory with the raw full resolution digitized slides) \ raw_masks (directory with the raw tissuemasks generated using the algorithm from Bándi et al) \ images (preprocessed raw images; these serve as input for PythoStitcher) \ masks ((preprocessed raw masks; these serve as input for PythoStitcher) rotations.txt (file specifying the required rotation for each tissue fragment; this was determined manually) For instructions on how to apply PythoStitcher to these sample cases, please refer to the PythoStitcher Github repository.
