Data Availability Statement.

To support the evaluation of the empirical findings in this paper, we provide anonymized and curated experimental materials, including selected real-world input traces, simulation outputs, baseline comparison results, ablation-study data, backend configuration settings, experiment parameters, and figure-generation summary tables. These materials are made available through an anonymous public archive for review.

The full implementation of the proposed core algorithm is not released at submission time due to intellectual property and follow-up disclosure constraints. Nevertheless, the shared materials cover the principal datasets, selected comparative results, and the processed evidence underlying the main figures and tables reported in the paper.
