In this study, we performed RNA sequencing on liver tissue samples collected from rats treated with a newly identified bacterially derived polypeptide, RORDEP1, administered via intraduodenal infusion for 3 hours. The aim was to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the observed blood glucoseâlowering effect following intestinal delivery of recombinant RORDEP1 at a dose of 200 pmol/kg/min.
