VPRS 19367 Minutes of Sundry Committees

This series comprises volumes recording minutes of Sundry Committees at Prince Henry’s Hospital (previously known as Melbourne Homoeopathic Dispensary 1869-1876; Melbourne Homoeopathic Hospital 1876-1934) (VA 441). The minute books were maintained in order to document proceedings of the meetings of various committees, including: the Medical Appointments' Committee, Officers' and Servants' Committee, By-Laws Sub-Committee, Electoral Committee (Surgical), Electoral Committee (Medical), Sub-Committee re: Medical and Surgical Appointments, Sub-Committee re: Election of Members of Board of Management, Sub-Committee re: Stereo-Fluoroscope, Sub-Committee re: Organiser's Car, Sub-Committee re: Anaesthetists, Sub-Committee re: Illuminations for Royal Visit, Sub-Committee re: Public Appeal, Sub-Committee re: Motor Truck and Sub-Committee re: Position of Medical Superintendent, Sub-Committee re: "Samuel Wynn Award" and the Medical Equipment Committee. The minutes of some ad hoc meetings and conferences are also recorded.
