Qualtrics qsf file for the FOCAL Population Survey Tool (Amharic, Afaan Oromoo, English, Portuguese, Yoruba, Kiswahili)

This file is the Qualtrics Insight Platform qsf file for the “FOCAL Population Survey Tool (English): A survey to determine the epidemiology of acute gastrointestinal illness in Ethiopia, Mozambique, Nigeria, and Tanzania”. It contains the survey in all six languages (Amharic, Afaan Oromoo, English, Portuguese, Yoruba, Swahili), and can be directly imported into Qualtrics for use and modification. The survey was programmed into Qualtrics by individuals from the University of Waterloo (Desta, Majowicz).
