The effect of balneotherapy on the oxidative system and changes in anxiety behavior, enhanced by low doses of radon

The aim of our research is to study the role of radon in the hormetic effect of balneotherapy using the example of the natural thermal waters of Tskhaltubo, namely on the activity of oxidative and antioxidant systems and changes in anxiety reactions. Radon -natural gas with radiation properties, in small doses causes the effect of hormesis. Radon was used to activate antioxidant mechanisms, enhance the balneotherapy effect, which gave us an anxiolytic effect in case of anxiety.
