ChEC-seq kinetics discriminates transcription factor binding sites by DNA sequence and shape in vivo

Chromatin endogenous cleavage (ChEC) uses fusion of a protein of interest to micrococcal nuclease (MNase) to target calcium-dependent cleavage to specific genomic loci in vivo染色质内源切割（Chromatin endogenous cleavage, ChEC）技术将目的蛋白与微球菌核酸酶（micrococcal nuclease, MNase）融合，从而在活体状态下将钙依赖性切割靶向至特定基因组位点。
