Budding yeast strains with candidate gene (GND2, GRX3, RPL8A, LOH1) promoter Nucleosome Free Region (NFR) replaced with either ARS1 or ars1 origin sequence. We mapped the Transcription Start Sites (TSSs) in these promoter replaced yeast strains in asynchronous state. The Orc4-IHD mutant yeast strain has genome-wide altered Origin Recognition Complex (ORC) binding landscape, where most of the ORC are relocated from canonical yeast replication origins to promoter regions. We mapped the TSSs in wildtype (Wt) and Orc4-IHD mutant in asynchronous state.
