### Gene expression in the mandibular and maxillary arches _Gli3_ is expressed in the mesenchyme of the maxillary and mandibular arches at E10.5. At E12.5, it is expressed in mandibular mesenchyme, including Meckel’s cartilage, tongue mesenchyme, and oral region of the palate.
