Municipal waste 2016

The dataset shows, for the year 2016, data on the collection of municipal waste. Waste is classified according to origin into municipal waste and special waste and, according to hazardous characteristics, into hazardous and non-hazardous waste. It is municipal waste: __a)___ household waste, whether or not bulky, from premises and places used for civilian use; __b)___ non-hazardous waste from premises and places for uses other than those referred to in point (a), assimilated to municipal waste in terms of quality and quantity; __c)___ waste from street sweeping; __d)___ waste of any kind or origin, lying on roads and public areas or on roads and private areas, however subject to public use or on sea and lake beaches and on the shores of watercourses; __e)___ plant waste from green areas, such as gardens, parks and cemetery areas; __f)___ waste from exhumations and estumulations, as well as other waste from cemetery activities other than those referred to in points (b), (c) and (e).
