Repository: Zenodo Open Repository Abstract This paper presents a comprehensive mathematical and physical formalization of Thomas Townsend Brown's operational laboratory notes spanning October 1967 through March 1973. We synthesize the transition from high-resistance strip electrodes and asymmetrical "H" configurations to dual-wire relaxation stabilization, hygroscopic ion-conducting surface skins on Ferex 7 substrates, balanced high-voltage capacitor bridge detectors for metric perturbations, and high-K fluidic tribo-electric generators. By modeling these systems through electrodynamic field gradients, discrete lattice boundary conditions, and stress-energy tensor interactions, we establish a unified framework linking classical electro-aerodynamic design with solid-state gravitational coupling.
