Unraveling the Molecular Signature of Extracellular Vesicles from Endometrial-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells: Potential Modulatory Effects and Therapeutic Applications

Endometrial-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells are one of the most promising candidates for stem cell-based therapies. Here we hypothesize that extracellular vesicles released by these cells may have a promising therapeutic effect, especially, those vesicles derived from IFN? primed cells. Based on this hypothesis, here we have characterized the proteomic and the miRNAs profile of these vesicles.
