Unified state register of persons in respect of which the provisions of the Law "On cleansing power" are applied, containing the full name, place of work, position at the time of application of the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On cleansing power", the time during which the person is subject to a ban用于登记适用《权力净化法》（On cleansing power）相关规定人员的统一国家登记册，该登记册记载人员的全名、工作单位、适用乌克兰《权力净化法》规定时的任职岗位，以及该人员受从业禁令约束的期限。
