The aim of the study is to find out the impact of the medical educator's training course and explore the key challenges of medical educators.Retrospective design was conducted including of forty-five respondents by four level of Kirkpatrick’s model assessment which had 39 questions using five-point Likert scale items ranging from 5 (strongly agree) to 1 (strongly disagree). The item scores of each evaluation were analysed as mean and standard deviation and, ‘t’ test and ANOVA were used for relationship between impact of training and demographic background.
