This dataset comprises intestinal pathologies and pathogens noted by histology in spring Chinook Salmon from Oregon and Washington from 2022-2025. Examined fish encompass both broodstock, successfully spawned adult salmon, and prespawn mortality, adult salmon that died before spawning. Pathogens of interest include Ceratonova shasta (intestinal and extraintestinal), Enterocytozoon schreckii, and cestodes.
