Jvgdata Level crossing
收藏资源简介:
A level crossing is a cross between road and rail in the same plane in order to enable safe and cost-effective passages for different modes of transport and railways, where different modes of transport primarily involve motorists, but also pedestrians, cyclists and scooter drivers. A level crossing can be equipped with a number of different safety equipment and components for both rail and road traffic. For the objects, the manner in which they are equipped (e.g. different beams, light signals, etc.) shall be reported. The large number of components are included to facilitate maintenance work. A large number of attributes are included in order to be able to evaluate the road safety impact of the level crossings and to be able to propose the removal or conversion of crossings with deficiencies. In order to locate the junction, there are data on the location, both in relation to the rail network but also with GPS coordinates (northing, easting) and information on e.g. road names. A level crossing exists in the data product, as long as someone legally has the right to use it even if it is physically removed. A large part of the information for the data product Plan crossing is retrieved from NVDB (for data related to the level crossing seen from the road) and the PLK web. The attributes retrieved are briefly explained in the Data Product Specification. A number of object types are also retrieved in the data product and displayed or used in calculations, see references[105-108] in the Data Product Specification. • The attribute Applicable road protection generates attribute values for Road Protection (NVDB) and Class according to 2009/149/EC automatically. • The Original Line attribute shows values from the division type Line for crossroads on the position of the level crossing on a distance. PLK web uses the attribute to indicate which direction the kilometre is increasing and thus be able to know which is the right and left side respectively. The data product has a point spread and connects to the network with reference to the nearest previous node and nearest previous kilometre board with distance in meters in the direction of the track link. A level crossing object may be linked to several track links (the object should be linked to all cross-track links).
