SARS-CoV-2 CTLs can be generated from convalescent donors by viral peptide stimulation and enrichment via the CliniMACS® Cytokine Capture System. Here, we report the results of convalescent donor prescreening with SARS-CoV-2 PepTivator viral peptides (Miltenyi Biotec)○R as well as validation and characterization of SARS-CoV-2 vCTLs manufactured utilizing the Cytokine Capture System on the CliniMACS® Prodigy device.
