Genome sequence data of Salmonella bacteriophages

This dataset contains the whole-genome sequence file (FASTA) and the associated annotation file used in the manuscript submitted to Frontiers in Veterinary Science. The data are provided to ensure public access to the genomic information during the temporary delay in GenBank processing caused by the U.S. federal government shutdown. The dataset includes Salmonella bacteriophage genome sequences used for comparative genomic and functional analyses.
