资源简介:
Blacklegged ticks (Ixodes scapularis) were naturally collected throughout Minnesota. A total of 872 adult ticks were collected and subject to PCR. Ticks were randomly selected for nanopore sequencing according to their infection status, retaining a 70% infection prevalence in sequence ticks. This resulted in 168 ticks subject to nanopore sequencing over seven experiments, with 24 ticks barcoded and pooled in each experiment. Nanopore sequencing experiments were performed using nanopore adaptive sampling, enriching for all bacterial pathogens found in blacklegged ticks. This dataset includes the raw zipped FASTQ files for each tick from the seven sequencing experiments compressed into a tarball file.
