Association of aneuploidy with centromeric features

In human cells chromosome specific aneuploidy was measured. Then, using NGS methods, centromeric features were measured for each chromosome (including centromere length and amount of centromeric proteins). The study aims at testing an association between centromeric features and missegregation rate. Overall design: On RPE-1 cells:4 replicates of WGS, 3 replicates of CENPB Cut&Run-seq, 3 replicates of CENPC Cut&Run-seq, 1 single CENP-A Cut&Run-seq, 2 CENP-T Cut&Run-seq experiments. On DLD-1 cells: one WGS and one CENP-C Cut&Run-seq.
