资源简介:
Tris(4-chlorophenyl)methane (TCPM) and tris(4-chlorophenyl)methanol (TCPMOH) are two marine pollutants of emerging concern, found in marine mammals and coastal bird populations. Here, we assess the response to these compounds due to developmental (24-100 hourrs post fertilization) exposures in zebrafish embryos We analyzed a total of 15 samples: Samples 1-5 were controls, exposed to 0.01% v/v dimethyl sulfoxide for 3 days between 24-100 hours post fertilization. Samples 6-10 were exposed to 50 nM TCPM, and Samples 11-15 were exposed to 50 nM TCPMOH. Samples were collected from 3 experimental replicates, with randomized embryos acquired from 20 breeding pairs.
