Data of "Evolution of bacterial persistence to antibiotics during a 50,000-generation experiment in an antibiotic-free environment."

The file './Data_counts_of_the_CFU_to_set_the_standard_curves.xlsx' contains the number of CFUs used to establish the standard curves between the number of CFUs and the hat{initial OD}. The folder './Data_to_set_the_standard_curves' contains the bacterial growth curves used to compute the #EqNC and establish the standard curves between the number of CFUs and the hat{initial OD}. These standard curves were used to compute the #EqNC from the hat{initial OD} of the persister cells, which growth curves are in the folder './Data_of_the_persistence'.
