The AACDB (Antibody-Antigen Complex Database) comprises entries obtained from the PDB database, excluding predictive structures. The antibody and antigen information underwent thorough manual verification by cross-referencing with the original literature. Notably, AACDB provides detailed information on interacting residues using two methods (ΔSASA and distance), facilitating the identification of paratopes and epitopes. In summary, AACDB offers a user-friendly interface for convenient querying, manipulation, browsing, and visualization of comprehensive information about antibody-antigen complexes. It also offers customized datasets to cater to specific research requirements.
