Structure-Constrained Geomaterial CT Segmentation Dataset (Salt rock & Glacial till)

This dataset accompanies the paper: "Structure-Constrained Semi-Supervised Segmentation of Complex Geomaterial CT Images" It contains 2D CT slices and pixel-wise segmentation masks for two geomaterials:salt rock and glacial till. The dataset is organized into several subsets for each material,including 100 high-quality 200×200 slices with ground-truth (raw100, raw100_GT),their augmented counterparts (raw100_aug, raw100_GT_aug), 50 consecutive slices(raw50, raw50_GT), and evaluation subsets with larger field of view(saltrock: 1200×1200, glacialtill: 800×400).
