Single cell expression profiling of the mouse Sox17-null myocardium at E8.5

To understand the function of Sox17 in the precursor cells of the mouse endocardium amd the effect in the developing heart tube, single cell expression profiling of the Sox17-null endocardium and myocardium were performed. 4 samples, each for Sox17 wild type and mesoderm-specific knockout myocardial cells. Each array represents a single cell.为阐明Sox17在小鼠心内膜（endocardium）前体细胞中的功能，以及其对发育中心脏管的影响，本研究对Sox17敲除（knockout）的心内膜与心肌细胞（myocardial cells）开展了单细胞表达谱分析。实验共包含4个样本，分别为Sox17野生型（wild type）及中胚层（mesoderm）特异性敲除的心肌细胞，每个阵列对应一个单细胞。
