Low-Code\/No-Code (LCNC) platforms are transforming software development by enabling rapid application delivery with minimal to no manual coding. This study investigates the post usage drivers and impact of LCNC platforms, focusing on ease of use, development efficiency, flexibility, external influence, and perceived value. Using a quantitative survey on LCNC users which are analyzed via SmartPLS 4.0, we identified that flexibility and external influence are the most critical post usage factors, specifically among novice users and citizen developers. Contrary to most traditional adoption models, perceived value and ease of use show negligible effects for novice and citizen developers. Our study also found out that notion is the most widely used and popular LCNC platform amongst our respondents, highlighting its dominance inside the LCNC space. Our findings also underscore LCNC\u2019s potential to democratize improvement, bridge IT-commercial enterprise gaps, and boost digital transformation, while also addressing challenges like vendor lock-in and scalability. The results offer actionable insights for businesses and many platform developers to optimize adoption and leverage LCNC\u2019s many advantages.
