Litopenaeus vannamei is one of the pillar species of aquaculture in world aquaculture and its diseases seriously restrict the healthy and sustainable development of shrimp aquaculture. Intestinal microbiota is a key immune barrier, which is very important for maintaining body growth and health. To study the immune regulatory mechanism of intestinal microbiota structure in Penaeus prawn. It can provide new strategies and methods for disease prevention and control. CpG oligodeoxynucleotides (CpG ODNs) can effectively activate and regulate the innate immune system of the body. However, there is an extreme lack of studies on the regulation of CpG ODNs on the innate immune defense system of shrimp, especially the microbial barrier. This has seriously restricted the application of CpG ODNs in the control of shrimp blight. Based on previous studies, this project aims to screen CpG ODNs with good immune regulatory activity by taking Litopenaeus vannamei as the experimental object and intestinal microbiota structure as the entry point.
