Gene expression signatures of AMG510-treated pancreatic cancer cells and parental cells at transcriptomic level.

To decipher the regulation patterns of these transporter or enzyme genes at the transcription level, we also treated MiaPaCa2 cells with DMSO or AMG510 at EC20 dosage for 120 minutes then performed RNA-seq of these cells on two independent sequencing platforms.
